关于加强大学生党员的教育与培养

高校大学生党建工作是大学生思想政治教育工作中的重中之重,但教育培养中存在重数量和轻质量、保持党员先进性和实际的功利色彩之间的一系列矛盾,我们必须在加强党的思想建设,利用网络载体,建立科学的评价标准,实现教育培养的长效机制等方面应提出相应的对策。

Strengthen Education and Cultivation of Party Members among College Students

Party construction in institutions of higher learning is the most important point in ideological and political education among college students,but a series of conflicts such as emphasizing quantity at the expense of quality,contradiction between keeping progress of party members and actual utilitarian color during the education cultivation still exist.We should strengthen ideological construction,utilize carrier of network,set up scientific value standards,put forward countermeasures for realizing lasting effect mechanism of education and cultivation and etc.
