Probing into the Teaching Methodology of Criminal Procedural Law

Criminal Procedural Law is a branch of legal science with strong characteristic of theory and practice.In the process of teaching,theoretical teaching and practical teaching should be both stressed.Equal emphasis should be laid upon the exposition of the basic theoretical knowledge of law,and also on the cultivation and training of students＇ ability of analyzing and solving problems.The teaching of criminal procedural law should adopt different ways such as heuristic methodology,discussion methodology,cases methodology,and visual information methodology according to different teaching objects,so as to achieve idealistic teaching effects.
