| 摘 要： | 我国监狱民警的人格特征直接影响到自身的健康以及监管改造工作,通过对五省市监狱民警的艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)测试,得出如下结论,监狱民警性格内向显著;监狱民警情绪稳定突出;监狱民警关心他人、心肠柔软、温柔、善感。

| Abstract: | The personality characteristics of the prison police directly affect their own health as well as regulatory reform work. Through Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ） test to the prison police of five provinces, got the following conclusions： introverted personality of prison police is significant; emotional stability of prison police is prominent; prison pofice are caring, soft-hearted, gentle and sentimental. |
