| 摘 要： | 侦审合并以来,有些侦查人员在侦查讯问过程中,由于证据意识不强,所收集的证据不确实、不充分,达不到刑事诉讼法的要求,因而造成办案质量差,影响了“稳、准、狠”地对犯罪的打击。本文就该问题的表现、危害性、成因以及在侦查讯问中如何牢固树立证据意识谈几点看法。 |

| Abstract: | Since investigation combining with interrogation,some investigators have made poor working quality of case handling because their weak evidence awareness and the inaccurate, inadequate evidence could not meet the requirement of the criminal procedure law. It prevented the police from attacking the crime firmly,accurately and severely.This paper raises some views on the problem's manifestation,harmfulness and its causes,as well as how to acquire evidence awareness during investigation and interrogation. |
