| 摘 要： | 现有的法律法规已经为大学生人身伤害中学校责任的认定提供了直接的法律依据。学生的伤害可以分为学校直接责任的伤害、学校间接责任的伤害、学校无责任的伤害。侵犯学生的合法权益,学校承担民事责任,直接责任人承担行政责任、刑事责任,学校可以向直接责任人追偿民事责任。

| Abstract: | The present law and rules have provided direct law basis for the responsibility identification of the accidents happening to college students. The harm done to students can be divided into direct responsibility, indirect responsibility and no responsibility for the college. Endangering students' legal rights, the college taking civil responsibility, the person taking the administrative responsibility and law responsibility, the college may call on him to take the civil responsibility. |
