| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the experiences and the problems in the clustering process of high-tech industry in china. With the example of Shannxi province, this paper studies the clustering strategy of high-tech industry. The conclusion indicates that the main strategies are perfecting the cluster's function, orientation of the government's status, and building effective mechanism of capital operation. |
