在党校全面实现“三个代表”重要思想就是全面体现党所代表的先进性 ,党校在发展党所代表的先进生产力和先进文化上 ,主要体现在发展以马克思主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论为指导 ,以党政管理、经济管理和法律等人文社会科学为主要内容的党员干部教育上。因此要以“三个代表”为指导 ,研究党校的办学目标 ,认识党校发展中的差距和矛盾 ,深化党校教育和教学改革 ,努力探索学校干部教育新路子。
