| 摘 要： | 本文是世界银行4600-CHA中国石家庄城市交通项目《交通管理教育和执法》研究的概要。在对石家庄城市不同地域和不同人群的交通违章、交通事故、交通认知大量调查基础上,分析与研究了不同地域和不同人群交通行为的构成特征和形成原因,并针对石家庄城市交通管理的特点,从交通管理教育和执法的硬件设施及软件设施建设角度出发,分阶段地对石家庄市交通管理教育和交通执法建设提出了规划研究方案与实施措施。

| Abstract: | The article sums up the study of Traffic Management Education and Law Enforcement in Shijiazhuang Urban Traffic Project 4600-CHA of the World Bank.It analyzes the characters and causes of traffic behaviors of different people in different places of Shijiazhuang through a large number of investigations into traffic violation,traffic accidents and traffic awareness.According to the characters of traffic management in Shijiazhuang and from the angle of hardware and software construction,the article puts forward a study plan of programming and design of technical equipment of city traffic management and education,and measures to implement as well. |
