| 摘 要： | 见义勇为是人性的闪光,然而当前缺乏对见义勇为的制度性关爱,致使人性黯然。完善国家对见义勇为的奖励和补偿制度,不仅有利于彰显社会公平正义,消除民众对见义勇为的顾虑,也有利于形成见义勇为的良好社会风气。

| Abstract: | Courageous action is a flash of human nature;however,lack of institutional care about courageous action is the current situation,resulting in human nature sadly.To improve the state of reward and compensation system about courageous action,not only will it make for to highlight social justice,but also to eliminate concerns courageous people and to conducive a good social atmosphere. |
