| 摘 要： | 性变态杀人案件作为一种特殊的刑事犯罪案件形式,有着特殊的犯罪特点。即选择侵害对象的相对性;犯罪行为的隐蔽性、连续性;作案手法的相似性、习惯性和犯罪手段的残忍性等特点。因此,不仅要打破常规,利用现代科技手段加快侦破案件;完善相关立法,消除各种影响变态心理的诱因;加强社区建设,对特殊人群进行心理干预和心理矫治,多角度、多层次进行防范疏导。

| Abstract: | Lust murder is a special type of homicide.The traits of it includes: Selected victims(Ideal Victim Type);Undercover and continuous offences;Connection between cases;Cruelty of killings.Modern techniques shall be adopted to investigate such cases.Meanwhile,relevant law and regulation shall be legislated.The incentives leading to abnormal psychology shall be eliminated.Function of Community shall be emphasized.Psychological intervention and mental correction needs to be applied to special group.Various measures shall be adopted to prevent lust murder. |
