| 摘 要： | 暂缓发款制度作为中止、暂缓执行、参与分配以及诉讼保全制度之外的重要补充制度,具备极强实践价值,在执行实践中经常被承办人采用。然而,现行法律并没有明确规定如何适用暂缓发款制度。在完善暂缓发款制度的法律规定时,要从限制适用时间、范围、程序期限等方面予以细化,使之更好地发挥作用。
