| 摘 要： | 在现代法治背景下,世界上大多数国家的刑事诉讼法都规定了检察官在刑事诉讼中要恪守客观义务。完善检察官客观义务应从刑罚观念、法律制度、保障体制等几个方面努力,从各个方面促使检察官在行使职权时遵守客观义务。
