| 摘 要： | 回顾我党统一战线九十年的实践历程,统一战线的理论内涵逐步由政治体系向文化体系转变。新的历史转型期,伴随着我党科学发展、和谐社会等工作思路的提出,统战工作中文化的作用也日益凸显。文化统战在新时期的统战工作中具有高度的战略地位,这是由文化的功能和特点、新时期我国统一战线所面临的社会背景、党在新时期工作重心的逐渐转变等因素决定的。我们必须强化文化统战意识,把握文化统战在统一战线体系中的引领作用,并在实际工作中创新方式,转变观念,更好地发挥统一战线凝聚人心的巨大功能。
