| Abstract: | Investigation supervision is an important part of criminal legal supervision of people's procuratorate organs.The article studies on the change of enforcement measure as the suspect was arrested by police station,underlined the people's procuratorate organs' dilemma as they takes play the supervision,and it also studies on the way to enhance and improve the supervision. |
