| 摘 要： | 环境安全作为非传统安全的重要内容，已引起世界广泛的关注。该文指出，中国当前存在着比较严重的环境安全威胁，主要体现在水安全、土地安全、生物物种安全和气候安全领域。政府必须把确保环境安全上升为国家意志，动员社会力量的广泛参与，积极推进国际环境合作。

| Abstract: | Environmental security is the key element of non-traditional security bringing broad attention of the world. Environmental security is the basis of social harmony,including water security,soil security,biological security and climate security,and the current environmental security in China is under a critical condition. The government must ensure the environmental security by promoting it to the national will,mobilize the whole society and promote the environmental cooperation worldwide. |
