| 摘 要： | 公安机关应始终坚持立警为公和执法为民,但当前公安机关的执法观念还存在着偏差.因此,应进行执法观念的革新,树立民本思想,并从日常工作机制、行政管理体制、执法监督体系和公安队伍建设等方面全面推进公安执法为民工作的新局面.

| Abstract: | The public security organs should persist on police work for the public and law enforcement for the people. However, there are still some deviations in the law enforcement idea of Public security organs at present. So we should innovate the law enforcement idea and push the work of law enforcement for the people from the aspects of daily work routines, administrative mechanism, law enforcement supervisory mechanism and public security troops construction. |
