The Scientific Outlook on Development and the Improvement of Leaders＇ Resource Integration Ability

To effectively integrate resources for ensured sustainable development is an important issue faced by modem leaders. This paper, according to the new requirements of the Scientific Outlook on Development on leaders＇ thinking mode and leading methods, analyzes the basic meaning of leaders＇ resource integration ability, its relation to the Scientific Outlook on Development, and the way to actualize it. Resource integration ability is one of the core elements of leadership, and an effective way to realize scientific development. Leaders cannot improve their resource integration abilities and better complete the mission of leading the scientific development unless they work hard to enhance their resource integration ideas,strategy and methods.
