| 摘 要： | 作为井冈山革命根据地主要创始人，毛泽东始终表现出超越常人的引导和凝聚井冈山军民走出困境、走向胜利的高超领导艺术和方略。新的历史时期，学习毛泽东在井冈山斗争时期的领导方略，对于提高各级领导干部的领导艺术、领导水平和领导能力，仍具有极其重要的现实启迪意义。

| Abstract: | As one of the main founders of the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base, Mao Zedong always exhibited outstanding leading art and strategy in guiding the army and the people in Jinggangsban to overcome the difficulties and strive for the victory. In the new historical period, to study Mao Zedong＇ s leading strategy in the period of struggle in Jinggangshan still has a very important inspiring meaning for improving the leading art, leading level and leading capability of the cadres of all levels. |
