| 摘 要： | 法律信仰的建立是我国法学界探讨的热门问题,本文结合中外法学理论,通过对我国法律信仰缺失的原因分析,提出了以"追求法律的价值理性"来"建立法律信仰",并结合博弈论等分析工具,对提出这一观念的原因和对于我国法治建设的意义进行了阐述。

On The Foundation Of The Law Faith In China |

| Abstract: | This paper,combining with the law theory in china and abroad,analysing the cause of the lack of the law faith in china,puts forth the setting up of the law faith by seeking the value reason of law and explains its cause and its meaning of the legal sysem by the method of game theory. |
