| 摘 要： | 科学发展观还原了以人为本的民族文化本质 ,同时还从内容和形式上丰富了民族文化的内涵。民族文化的时代特征在科学发展观的指导下 ,其民族性、团结性、大众性和时代性展示了光辉的发展前景。树立和落实科学发展观 ,发展民族文化必须抓好观念转变、科学规划、设施建设、活动开展、人才培养、古籍整理等。

| Abstract: | Scienfific outlook on development restores humanism essence of ethnic culture and simultaneously enriches intension of ethnic culture with content and form.In order to acquire and fulfil scientific outlook on development,we must make great efforts to transforming thought,scientically planning,developing program,training qualified personnel,arranging ancient books etc.so as to develop ethnic culture. |
