| 摘 要： | 党政干部的道德建设的好坏是衡量“以德治国”方略落实与否的重要座标系。从社会普遍关心的问题分析，加强党政干部的廉政道德建设是推进“以德治国”方略的重要措施。党政干部的廉政道德建设分两个层次，一是廉政文化的熏陶，树立内心信念；二是健全廉政道德的运行机制，使廉洁在“以德治国”战略中发挥重要作用。
