| 摘 要： | 立足高技术战争需要,发达国家根据本国国防工业发展实际,采取了一系列新举措.面对这一挑战,我国国防工业发展应着力解决以下问题合理实施结构优化战略;积极推动企业制度创新;探索军事订货的有效竞争机制;努力探讨军民结合发展道路;大力开展国防生产的国际合作.

| Abstract: | To meet the demands of high-tech war, developed countries, based on their national conditions for developing natlonal defence industry, have taken a series of new measures. Faced with such a challenge, the following measures should be taken to bost our national defence indus- try: optimizing its structure, reforming its management system, establishing a competitive mech- anism for military ordering, finding a road of development for combined military-civilian uses, and seeking international cooperation for national defence industry. |
