The cultural soft war is an important means by which the United States plunders some geo-strategic hubs of the world.The cultural soft war is,in essence,a cultural manipulation,i.e.to achieve the American strategic objectives by changing people’s cultural values.The implementation of cultural soft war generally goes through three stages.The first stage is cultural infiltration,i.e.to erode the target country’s cultural core,to change people’s cultural values,and finally to accept the cultural values the Ameri-cans set.The second stage is the use of swarming tactics to launch street politics and the subversion of the current regime.In the third stage,the pro-American regime comes to power.The key to preventing the American soft cultural war is to force the US to "come out" from behind the scenes,to expose its real purpose of cultural manipulation,its techniques and also the specific process.
