对派出所青年公安干警前端激励体系构建的思考

我国公安派出所是公安机关最基层的派出机构,在全面提高基层公安机关整体素质和战斗力的过程中,公安派出所发挥着极其重要的作用。目前,全国大部分地区逐渐地在派出所探索建立激励机制,有效地调动和提高了派出所干警的积极性、主动性和创造性,但是在实施的过程中也暴露出来了一些急需解决的问题。深入探讨构建公安派出所青年公安干警的激励体系建设,是无法回避又迫切需要解决的现实问题。

On Establishing Proactive Incentive Systems For Young Police Officers in Police Substation

Police substations in China are the basic public security agencies, and urban police substations play a key role in raising the quality and fighting capacity of basic public security agencies. At present, incentive mechanisms are gradually being built, which have effectively motivated the enthusiasm, initiative and creativeness of police officers in police substations. Nevertheless, the incentive mechanisms have revealed some problems that should be solved at once. A further profound research into the establishment of more effective incentive systems for young police officers in police substations is an urgent task.
