刑法学课程教学改革研究

刑法学是传统的法学十四门核心课程之一,然而,与刑法立法方面的成就相比,刑法学课程教学改革的步伐便稍显落后。从目前的客观情况来看,刑法学教学方法仍较为保守,缺乏实践创新。随着刑法学术研究的逐步深入,客观上要求提高教学质量,增加课堂容量,改革教学手段,创新教学方法,唯有如此,才会提高学生们的专业水准,为中国的法制化建设输送源源不断的高精尖人才。

Research on teaching reform of criminal law

The criminal law is one of the fourteen core curriculums of traditional law, however, compared with the achievements of criminal law legislation,the pace of reform in teaching criminal law is slightly behind. From the current objective situation, the teaching methods of criminal law are still relatively conservative, lack of innovation in practice. With the gradual deepening of the academic research of criminal law, the demands of objectively requiring us to improve the quality of teaching, increase classroom capacity, reform teaching methods and innovative teaching methods have become increasingly urgent, only to follow the development trend of the times and to meet the requirements of social progress will improve students＇ professional standards and convey a steady stream of high-tech talents for the construction of China＇s legal system.
