| 摘 要： | 中国传统文化博大精深,历史久远,和谐精神是其根本价值追求。和谐文化的精神品格表现在社会生活的各个方面。在传统的中国古代法文化里面最能表现和谐思想的无疑是＂慎刑＂思想。认真解读传统的＂慎刑＂思想对现代良法善治社会能起到历史借鉴意义。
