| 摘 要： | 毒品犯罪是全球的社会公害,由毒品问题引发的犯罪在迅速上升,成为影响社会稳定的重要因素。毒品犯罪的惩治与防范是我们无法回避的问题。从刑事对策上来说,至少应从两个方面来努力：一要严密刑事法网;二要加强刑事司法。
