| 摘 要： | 检察执法监督管理机制是对检察执法活动进行调整、控制的规范体系,核心在于对执法行为的监督和控制。它的建立具有坚实的理论基础和重要的现实意义。文章就如何坚持科学原则,从规范体系、制度标准、监督主体与权限、监督方式等方面完善我国检察执法监督管理机制进行了论述。
