| 摘 要： | 建设中国特色的社会主义民主政治,必须坚持和完善人民代表大会制度。其主要途径:一是扩大直接选举范围,引入竞争机制;二是明确代表职责,促进人大代表专职化;三是理顺人大与国家机关的关系,确保人大职能的行使。

| Abstract: | Building socialist democratic politics of the distinct Chinese characteristics must insist and perfect the system of people's congress.Its main ways:First,expand the direct electoral boundary,improving the quality of deputy to the National People's Congress;Second,making representative's duty clear,promoting the deputy to the National People's Congress;Third,making the National People's Congress and government offices professionalization of relation in order,perfecting the enforcement of National People's Congress' function. |
