| 摘 要： | 在未来医疗纠纷还会进一步大量增加的趋势下,重新审视我们以往解决医疗纠纷的途径是否有效及其局限所在显属必要。同时,根据医疗纠纷解决时须兼顾维系医患之间的和谐关系的特点和需求,妥善建构和选用医疗纠纷所适合的程序制度和程序法理,使我国医疗纠纷解决机制多元化、合理化。

| Abstract: | Under the pressure of rapid increase of medical disputes,it is necessary to reexamine the way we used to resolve medical disputes and clarify whether it is effective in resolving medical disputes and where are its limitations.At the same time,according to the characteristics and needs of maintaining a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients when resolving the medical disputes,we should properly build and use the legal process systems and procedures which are suitable for the medical disputes,and make the medical disputes in our country pluralism,rationalization. |
