| Abstract: | The thoughts on the relationship between the Party and people is the important contents of DengXiaoping theory.DengXiaoping'view on the relationship between the party and people like flesh and blood, on the narration that the Party's leadership must be persisted in and improved,on developing democracy inside the Party and people democracy,on the Party's activities limited in the constitution and laws,on that the Party must accept people's supervision,has very important methodological conductive value to the construction of enhancing the Party's capacity of taking power. |
