| 摘 要： | 对于医疗行为的同意权。应以在医方充分告知的前提下由患者本人行使为原则，这是尊重患者人格自主决定权的必然要求。在患者本人同意不可能的情况下，应在患者最大利益原则的指导下，对其同意权作出妥善安排，以最大限度地维护患者的利益。
