| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化初期,高校毕业生就业矛盾突显,表现为毕业生总量增加而岗位总需求相对减少,毕业生的专业结构与市场供求出现错位,毕业生就业观念存在误区等五个方面。针对存在的问题,本文对学生、学校、政府提出了四点建议。
