| 摘 要： | 本文从四个方面探讨如何进一步完善我国外资并购上市公司的立法体系,制定和完善涉外涉内统一适用的企业并购基本法、外资并构主体法、外资并购行为法和完善与外资并购上市公司相配套的法律制度,健全和完善我国外资并购上市公司的法律体系,对促进我国社会主义市场经济的发展具有重要意义。

Amplifying and perfecting the legal system of the foreign capital merged listed company is significant to further the development of China's socialist market-directed economy. |
