| 摘 要： | 人的全面发展主要是劳动能力、社会关系和个体素质等诸方面自由而充分的发展。社会主义和谐社会是一个以人为本的社会,建设社会主义和谐社会就是要在社会主义发展的各个历史阶段,根据社会发展的状况,全面满足人的基本需求,并以之作为社会主义每一个阶段性发展的价值追求和动力源泉。

| Abstract: | The overall development of men is about all the free and full developments such as labour ability,social relationship and personal quality.Socialist harmonions society is the society that takes man as the basis.According to the situation of social development,at every historical stage of socialist development,the harmonious socialist construction must satisfy all the basic needs of man,and take it as the pursuit value and motive force of the development of society at its every stage. |
