| 摘 要： | 新《公司法》的出台对虚报注册资本犯罪的犯罪行为方式及犯罪的追诉标准都产生了很大影响。所以研究新《公司法》在公司资本制度等方面的变化,以及这些变化对虚报注册资本犯罪认定的影响是十分有现实意义的。

| Abstract: | The New Corporation Law is taking or will take a tremendous influence to both the criminal way of falsely reporting registered capital crime and the criminal prosecution standard.Therefore study on the changes in aspect of company capital system caused by the New Corporation Law and the influence caused by the changes will has an extremely practical significance on the determination of falsely declaring registered capital crimes. |
