试论高校图书馆与校园网舆情危机应对

在高校网络舆情危机的应急管理工作机制中，高校图书馆要充分发挥自己人力资源、信息资源、情报资源和信息深入挖掘、整合能力的基础优势，适应高校教学科研和学员管理的信息需求，拓展读者服务的思路，创新读者服务的工作内容，并以此为契机，积极参与到高校网络舆情的日常监测和应急管理工作中，使高校图书馆在应对新形势、新环境的各项校园管理工作中，发挥出新的、更大的作用。

On University Library and Countermeasures of Public Opinion Crisis of Campus Network

In emergency management mechanism of public opinion crisis of network in colleges and universities, university library should give full play to its basic advantages such as human resources, information resources, intelligence resources as well as capability of mining and integrating information, meet the needs of information on teaching and scientific research and students management, develop thoughts of reader - oriented service, innovate reader- oriented service, actively participate routine monitoring and emergency management work. In this way, university library may play newer and more important role in managing campus work under the new situation and in the new environment.
