| Abstract: | There are some actual problems for the protection of special interests and legitimate rights and interests of women workers and staff members.So,there is no shirking the responsibility for the trade unions and women workers' organizations,they should do the work of protection rights well.They should perfect the protective mechanism,constantly increase their own qualities,and strengthen an idea of protecting rights in order to carry out the work. |
