Comparative study of protection and limitation of patent right between China and Singapore

As the establishment of China-Asean's free trade region,the Sino-Singapore's economic and trade relations have been much closer than ever,so the cooperation in the domain of patent rights between China and Singapore has made rapid progress.In this background,the systematical and comparative study of protection and limitation of patent rights of the supra two countries,which includes the generalization of the same and different parts of patent law between the supra countries and critical studies of the difference hereof,will provide valuable recommendation on the perfection on provision of protection and limitation of patent rights in china and offer the useful guidelines on the coordination of Sino-Singapore patent law.
