| 摘 要： | 侦查原则是指对侦查活动起指导作用的一般行为准则。现代法治背景下的刑事侦查都应遵循侦查原则进行。它是立法者科学设计侦查程序的基本依据。也是评判侦查活动正当性的基本标准。侦查原则包括共有原则和特有原则。侦查特有原则进一步划分为技术性原则和理念性原则。
