| 摘 要： | 非正规就业当前在我国已日益壮大。由于我国目前工会的组织体制与正规就业相适应而建立,大量非正规就业劳动者未能加入工会,因此必须从工会组织的理论、制度和观念三方面有所突破和创新,最大限度地将劳动者组织起来,切实落实"组织起来,切实维权"的工会工作方针。
