| Abstract: | Law,having national identity,is the nation’s common sense.By exploring the embodiment of traditional marriage elements in the modern legal system,we can effectively enhance the legal system’s complementary.We can also enhance the identity for people coming from Four districts of Cross-straits to the Chinese civilization.At last we can form unique,perfect Chinese law system. |
