| 摘 要： | 上市公司的发展和壮大为长春市地方经济的发展提供了有效的资本支持，加快了长春市经济结构的合理调整和优化组合，对长春市经济持续，快速和健康发展起到了重大作用。具体表现在：上市公司进入证券市场，拓宽了融资渠道，以上市公司为龙头，带动相关行业的腾飞。通过资本流动，加快了经济结构的调整，通过产权交易，转换了经营机制，提高了管理水平等。

| Abstract: | The development and growth of companies on the market provide effective capital support for the development of local economy in Changchun,quicken the reasonable adjustment and optimized combination of economic structure in Changchun and play an important role in the continous,fast and healthy economic development of Changchun.This is shown in the following aspects:When companies on the market enter stock market,the financial channel is widened;with these companies taking the lead,related trades are brought to quick development;through the flow of capital,adjustment of economic structure is quickened;through exchange of property rights,management mechanism is changed and management level is raised. |
