New interpretation on the nature of crime

The theory of the nature of crime is of theoretical and practical value. The main theory of the nature of crime contains the theory of social - damage, of gut - violation and of ethic - norm - violation. There are some problems in the theory of social - damage and in that of gut - violation. The author suggests the theory of the violation to the basic ethical rules. It can be proved by some circumstances in the criminal legalization and judicature.
