| 摘 要： | 人体受到致命伤后,是否有行为能力,行为能力的大小,是法医在某些命案现场中必须解决的一个难题。研究致命伤后的行为能力对法医命案现场勘查及尸体检验,特别是破案有重要的意义,这不仅有助于重建现场,而且对现场中某一反常现象能够作出合理的解释和分析。

| Abstract: | Whether the human body possesses the behaviourl capability and the degree of this capability after mortal wound is a tough problem that the legal medical expert must solve on the scene of some death cases. The research done on the behavioural capability after mortal wound has significance to the forensic inrestigation on the scene of the death case and the examination of the dead body,particularly to the solution of the case.This's not only conducive to the reconstrunction of the scene,but also to the rational interpretation and analysis of the abnormal phenomenon on the scene. |
