| 摘 要： | 政党的领导活动与公民政治参与之间存在着紧密联系:一方面,公民政治参与为政党活动提供丰富 的政治资源,党的领导的实现需要公民积极参与政治。另一方面,公民有序的政治参与需要党的领导,扩 大公民政治参与渠道、支持公民积极参与政治,是政党的一项重要功能。

| Abstract: | There is a close relationship between the Party' s leadership and the citizens' political participation. On the one hand, the citizens' political participation provides rich political resources for the Party' s practice, and the practice of the Party's leadership needs citizens' active participation in politics. On the other hand, citizens' orderly political participation calls for the Party's leadership. Thus it is one of the Party's important roles to widen the channels of people' s political participation and give active support to people' s participation in politics. |
