现代化进程中执政能力的影响因素与衰朽原因论析

执政能力是对一定政党的执政之目标实现程度与实际效能的界定 ,执政能力与政党能力、政府能力紧密相涉而又有所差别。执政党的意识形态、组织状况、执政体制等都会对一定政党的执政能力发生影响。人类政治实践表明 ,在现代化进程中有的政党执政能力得到了发展 ,有的则走向了衰朽 ,而执政党自身之组织、体制、意识形态等方面的不适应性是这种衰朽的重要原因。
