| Abstract: | The understanding of the nature of acts on commercial instrument relates not only to the allocation of such act in civil and commercial legal system, but helps to know the occurrence of the obligation on commercial instrument, settle related parties' disputes in persona and in rem. From the general principles of negotiable instruments, the doctrine of creation conform the nature of negotiable instruments. |
