| Abstract: | In 1978,our party,with most important historic significance,convened Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party,opened a new history period of reform and opening.The purpose is to emancipate our mind,to develop our econ-omy,to carry out the nation modernization,and to make the Chinese people wealthy.The facts have greatly proved that reform's opening is the key choice for Chinese destiny,and the only road for developing China's special features socialism and carrying out great national rejuvenation. |
