“无直接利益冲突”与我国的社会稳定

随着改革的进一步深化和社会转型的加快。一系列社会矛盾和问题如贪污腐败、社会不公、贫富分化等不断凸显．不同利益群体问的博弈日趋复杂和激烈。部分社会群体的被剥夺感增强，一些地方政府官员的责任心流失，利益诉求机制的相对低效和缺失等，导致“无直接利益冲突”事件近年来频频发生．矛头直指各级党政机关，少数事件甚至最终演变成大规模的群体骚乱，不仅扰乱了正常的社会治安秩序，而且影响了社会政治稳定的大局。必须对其予以密切关注，采取切实有效的措施保障利益表达渠道的畅通，缓解社会不公，健全社会保障体系，建立相应的社会预警机制，努力把“无直接利益冲突”的危害降到最低限度。
